Svar Que
Svar Que is a new analytical tool that displays real time information on how the telephony system is performing. Among the information displayed is the number of calls incoming on the day, percentage of calls answered and how many calls have gone unanswered. As the name suggests, Svar Que also displays how long the waiting que is, who is waiting and for how long they have been there giving floor managers the opportunity to address longer waiting lists before they become a problem.
The software also displays real time information on how many calls each employee or each department has answered on the day.
Svar Que can also be used as an information display for call centers with focused information on how many are waiting in que, longest waiting time and average waiting time for the day.
Svar Que can be setup on any computer, either at each manager or on a shared display for an entire department.
